¢Ã SIGNAL TRANSMITTING FUNCTION OF INITIAL POSITION SENSING

 - After the initial start, the sensor traces the seam line by driving X-Y slide.

 - When sensor detects start welding position, X-Y slide stops and then sensor transfers the OK-OUT signal indicates the detection of initial position.

 - Using this signal, it is possible to realize welding automation.

¢Ã SENSING FUNCTION OF TACK WELDING SECTION (OPTION)

    (The function works over 800mm/min. in the welding speed.)

 - The traditional sensor moves torch upwards, for it regards tack welding area as deformation on welding objective when it detects tack welding area, and which causes defect in the bead welding.

 - The sensor adopted <Hangil SEAM TRACKER> improves the bead welding by detecting the tack welding area automatically and keeping the height of torch constantly.

 




¢Ã DETECTING FUNCTION OF END -TIP ON THE WELDING OBJECTIVE (OPTION)

 - It is impossible for other seam tracker to weld in x section between torch and sensor because of a signal to move the torch down wards when sensor is away from the end- tip of the welding objective during welding.

 - The sensor of<Hangil SEAM TRACKER>,detects the end-tip of the welding objective automatically and the height of torch is maintained at the present condition as much as x distance between sensor and torch even though the sensor is away anywhere after detecting the end of basis metal, so it is possible to weld completely to the end -tips.

 

 

¢Ã WELDING TIME SETTING FUNCTION

 - In case of the circular welding, it is possible to prevent of occuring of the defect of welding in the place between welded area and welding end-point.

 - In the case of welding in a straight line, it is automatically ended after welding the distance of x by setting the welding time based on the welding the distance of x

 

¢Ã SELECT FUNCTION OF DIRECTION(RIGHT/BOTH/LEFT)

 - According to the feature of the welding objective, the initial entrance direction of torch and sensor will be choosed.

 - User can select the direction of torch and sensor according to the welding objective shape by using of this function.

 

 

¢Ã SELECT FUNCTION OF PRIORITY DOWN(LEFT/RIGHT)

 - This function is priority to select the down movement in the right/both/left direction selecting function.

 - This function is applied when it is difficult to use Priority Selection Function or there is probability of deviation from the welding line in the welding objective shape.

 

 

¢Ã FORCED TRACKING FUNCTION (OPTION)

 - For LAP welding, with traditional functions may have deviation when ¥ë the deformation value of welding objective in the welded area exceeds the variation limit to selected opposite direction.

 - In this case, the sensor <Hangil SEAM TRACKER>prevents in advanced any deviation as it forces the difference by time against the deformation of material to the opposite direction of the selection in the track welding area.

 


 

¢Ã STOP FUNCTION OF WELDING LINE DEVIATION DETECTION

 - During LAP welding the sensor moves to the selected direction continuously when to the forced tracking function can not be worked properly due to large ¥ë of the deformation value. In that case, all functions will be stopped for no more welding, regarded as deviation when it is away from the setting value calculating in time .

 - Using this function ,any welding defects can be prevented in advance and worker are not needed for standing by at all times. Therefore unmanned welding system can be realized.

 


 

¢Ã LEFT/RIGHT REVERSE FUNCTION

 - In the direction of seam tracker, the traditional ways were to be changed in symmetrical  way for the slide itself when changing the welding direction to the opposite way.

 - <HANGIL SEAM TRACKER>is easy to make sure of setting regardless of the welding direction by operating only left/right reverse function.

 

 

¢Ã IMPROVEMENT OF NON-WELDING END AREA ON SEAM LINE(OPTION)

 - If there are protuberances like gusset plate in the way of the welding direction, it is difficult to weld the distance x from the torch to the interference.

 - When you use the twin lifter, torch and sensor are lifted separately so it is able to weld completely up to the end-tip moving the sensor only to the outside of the interference section.

 

 

¢Ã PRIORITY DIRECTION (LEFT/RIGHT)SELECTION FUNCTION(OPTION)

 - In case the sensor has deviation when entering to seam line with the existing priority selecting function due to a specific shape of the welding objective.

 - We replace the priority down selection function with the left/right priority selecting function upon user's request in advance.

 

 

¢Ã REVERSE TRACKING FUNCTION(OPTION)

 - Conventional sensors cannot be entered into the welding metal automatically, when the entrance direction of sensor is in interference as shown on the picture, so a welder has to penetrate the sensor manually, and initialize the sensor position.

 - By using this function , it is possible to do tracking the seam line with the movement of sensor reversely and to realize the welding automation.

 - The function is for only initial entering and place order in advance if you are needed.

 

 

¢Ã APPLICATION OF THE REVERSE TRACKING FUNCTION(OPTION)

 - By using the traditional method, it is hard to trace the initial position of the welding objective in the case that the tracking range of seam line is limited or the deformation on the welding objective is serious.

 - In this case , the tracking of welding seam line can be performed with easiness by using the reverse tracking function.

 - But the reverse tracking function with priority upper direction cannot be used on account of the interference with the tack detection on sensor.

 

 

¢Ã REMOTE CONTROL FUNCTION

 - It is easy to be connected with the external equipment since the external connector is specially installed so as to do remote controlling the manual and automatic function

 - By marking usage of remote control box(option),remote control is perfectly performed even though the control unit cannot be operated in the working environments.

 - This function can be widely adopted to automatic and unmanned system.

¢Ã ALL FUNCTIONS PROGRAMMABLE & PROGRAM PROTECTION FUNCTION

 - Above mentioned functions are programmed and can be used with easy control.

 - When the user intends to connect 2 sets to automatic systems symmetrically, user can easily connect RH and LH regardless of the welding direction.

 - Built-in programs are protected from the external interference by adopting self-protection lock function.

 - You can control the progress of work by using RS 232 communication modem.

 - Specific functions (option)can be tailored by customer's request.
